Fay is an anthropomorphic female collie who has, along with Miyu, only appeared in the unreleased Star Fox 2 title. As with Miyu, Fay pilots an Interceptor class Arwing which is far faster than the other Arwing models, but wasn't built with defense in mind. Her personality seems especially cheery and the "go-getter" type. She is characterized by her bubbly attitude, white fur, and a big red bow in her hair.
As with Miyu, fans of the older titles clamor for this character's return.
A claim by ROM hackers, and as far yet unproven, is that her last name is "Weldon" - as contrary to popular fan belief of her last name to be "Spaniel" - and that she was General Pepper's niece. However, since, this was never officially announced, it is best to infer that she has no real last name.
Although no official artwork of Fay was ever released, fans have drawn their own fan art based on her appearance in the game.
