- Since i've been busy with AP classes and three other wikis, i've kinda let this go to waste not anymore. I hope to set up an administration group to take over responsibilities. I would act as a guide or consultant to this group, and they would actually run the site. They would have my full support and I hope i would have theirs too.

Hullo! I am Kirkburn, your friendly local Wikia Gaming Helper!
Hopefully you have read about the skin and ad changes at Wikia's New Style on Central Wikia. If not, I hope you'll have a look.
One of the changes is a block of two ads on each main page. It's possible that they won't always show up, but to ensure your main page continues to work properly when they do, you need to update your main page column formatting code with new column tags.
I have drafted a main page using the new tags on User:Kirkburn/Dev which I hope you can take a look at - feel free to make a copy and edit it. Though the layout may seem restrictive at first, there really is a fair amount you can do with them - for example see these customized main pages - Muppet Wiki, WoWWiki, FFXIclopedia. You may want to chat with your wiki community about what direction to take with a new main page.
If you encounter any problems with the new tags, please let us know.
My apologies for any inconvenience these changes bring.

I've put the new layout live. I didn't incorporate most of the later updates, because they confuse me. They caused double boxes, an erroneous ToC and replaced the contents with a youtube video. I would also advise against the protection of the page. There was no vandalism occuring, and there was no need to protect it - especially in the state it was in. Could you change the Incoming Transmission that appears on the Main Page more often? Say...once a fortnight? Or perhaps I'd be allowed to change it? I'm pretty sure that a lot of the regulars would love to be greeted with the aesthetics of a new quote every now and then, instead of the same line which hasn't changed in months. I hope you consider the idea of putting something new on a Wiki, and would be extremely grateful if fresh lines were put up (even more so if you permit me). Thank you (and I apologize if I seem at all hostile).

If there was a news section, I'd add this information: Nintendo has renewed their claim on the domain name "starfox.com" http://whois.domaintools.com/starfox.com

If you go to other sites like Wikipedia's "Star Fox (series)" article or Digg.com, you'll see more evidence of this game. However, it all originates from those two links there.
