You're good at formatting... Edit

"Just a slight hitch in the plan..." Edit

I was planning to start getting screenshots and images right away, but my gaming computer is out for repairs and I have a trip to the Washington D.C. area this week. I'll have to do it later in the week when my gaming computer isn't down and I have the time.

Just one question. How are you planning on playing Star Fox Adventures on your gaming computer? Are you planning on using Dolphin? Because you must have a freaking supercomputer if you plan on emulating a GameCube game. You'd have to have like a super processor and like a terrabyte of ram.

I've been using my digital camera this whole time. I used it for the bomb spore plant and the fuel cell. I also took a picture of the magic plant but my internet stopped working. If I could use the DVD recorder boy that would be great but I can't :(. XSuperGamer 15:15, February 22, 2010 (UTC)

Really?? Me too! My bro signed up for a battle.net to get a beta key, but hasn't yet, and propably won't... And I too have made some maps with the editor, and I wish there'd be a way to transfer the SCI map editor data to SCII... Won't happen, I'm sure. I'm a bit horrified by some balance and lore issues still present in the beta, but I hope Blizzard will understand those faults before releasing the Wings of Liberty... LAN has been taken out of StarCraft II. Also, we can hope for some backwards compatibility for starcraft I maps in starcraft II. Either that or some type of converter. Actually, it has one sort of LAN, but you need 2 games and log onto battle.net to do so... Me and my bro love to LAN SCI, but we'll see if we buy 2 copies... I seriously hope this backwards compablity, but I for some reason don't think it'll happen... And yeah, of course I'd like testing a scenario! Uh.... Well.... I've only started on Mission 1. It's a zerg campaign. I don't know if I'll include heroes in it. If I do, they'll probably be Hunter Killers because I love Hunter Killers. I also started working on a Terran campaign a while back, but only got up to Mission 2. That one has Jim Raynor in it. I don't think I ever finished with Mission 2, and Mission 1 isn't quite complete. I may redo it if I ever get around to it.

Also, When StarCraft II comes out, I'll try to use the map editor and redo all the old campaigns for use in StarCraft 1. However, it may be difficult since the Firebat and goliath were taken out, and many zerg units were taken out. However the terran units that were taken out (except firebat) are still available in Raynor's Raiders or something. But I don't think you can make them. Perhaps all that will be available in the map editor (still being able to create old units). We'll just have to wait and see. XSuperGamer^Talk 21:11, March 19, 2010 (UTC)

Ohkay. Mine is/was a Protoss Campaign (not sure if I still have somewhere...). Hunter Killers were great in my opinion too :) Basically they're just over powered Hydralisks, which sounds good to me :D Oh, and I recall something about all the old SC units (Medics, Dragoons, Vultures, etc.) being included in the new Campaign Editor. Also, I heard somewhere the First Overmind was killed (see I played all the first terran campaign, but couldn't beat the last mission cuz it was too hard, played some of the first zerg campaign got stuck somewhere it was too hard and started on the first protoss campaign after that but dropped it sometime and I don't remember why), then a Second Overmind was created but it got drugged up by the terrans or something and then was killed. So my Zerg campaign is about the creation of a Third Overmind. I won't give any more details about the plot though. :) XSuperGamer^Talk 21:23, March 19, 2010 (UTC)

Those are for some reason very hard to script...Hmmmm, have you tried by "create units" trigger? Or can't the Command Center be there from the beginning? DarkSamus⁸⁹ 10:26, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

The create units trigger makes the game create an object for you. Meaning the enemy doesn't spend minerals or time making a command center. I could have it there from the beginning. However, I kind of wanted it to be like "after a certain amount of time, player 2 sends x SCVs to location y, and builds a command center there and starts mining minerals." I can get the enemy to send x number of SCVs to location y, but I can't get them to build a command center. Once they had built a command center, I would have AI script "expansion terran campaign area town" run. Area town AI scripts are where they just mine minerals and don't attack.

I did a test run on a nearly blank map and didn't give player 2 a command center from the start. I only gave him 8 scvs, a power generator (so he would have at least one building and I wouldn't get an automatic victory), and 500 minerals. There were a crapload of minerals next to his base and a bunch of vespene geysers. I also made sure "terran campaign difficult" was running. I started the game and used the cheat "black sheep wall" so I could see the whole map and consequently see what he was doing. He built one command center by himself, one supply depot, one barracks, one a factory, an armory, an engineering bay, and a starport. He only built a few units and never built a refinery. I don't know how he built a factory/armory/starport without any vespene gas.

I did it again, but took away the power generator and gave him a lot of supply depots. I figured since he only built one supply depot I should give him a bunch. I also changed the AI script to expansion terran campaign insane. He built a command center, a bunch of barracks, and a bunch of factories and an armory, but still never built any refineries. And he built no additional supply depots.

I find this all intriguing. Maybe if I went back and gave him a power generator and no supply depots, but left it on insane, he would build a lot of supply depots for himself. All my test show that any building you give him he won't build for himself. But I still can't figure out why he won't build a refinery. I need to do more research and tests with scripting and the AI scripts. XSuperGamer^Talk 15:01, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

Candidates for deletion and Comics Edit

Since I just found out about the strict no fan art policy, I've submitted several categories and uploads to Category:Candidates for deletion. Maybe if I am allowed upload the MIDIs again, I'll do so, but most definitely not as fan art (my MIDIs are sequenced as accurately as possible, so I'd consider it more of a musical conversion, but there's still the issue that I put my name on the upload filenames).

Also, have you read the comics since I linked to them on their pages? My all time favorite is the Nintendo Power comic, but Farewell, Beloved Falco is very interesting for its insights into Falco's life and personality. There's also a notable fan comic (which for obvious reasons) I didn't link here, which is hosted at deviantART, but it's still incomplete. - Gilgamesh 20:40, April 9, 2010 (UTC)

Okay thats good, but don't you think Dude984 should be more responsible on his wiki? I mean like, things could go drasticly wrong without him, and it has. You know what X, I think it's actually the customized infobox thats not even a template thats doing it. The Attack Carrier Pilot is doing the same things as well. Proposition Edit

Hi there XSuperGamer. I'm RoyboyX, a contributor to Wikitroid and a friend of DarkSamus89's. Recently, I asked him what he would think of going to the NIWA Lylat Wiki to get Blue Ninjakoopa taken down from power and him restored. How we would do this was we would speak to the user of highest power, Neo, and give him evidence as to why BNK should not have power.

You may ask, why am I getting involved? Well, I have met BNK myself, and after giving DS a message of support after his removal from here BNK came and gave me a message claiming I was wrong. I have also met RAN1, a person from SmashWiki who thinks BNK has changed, well I don't. BNK is currently inactive due to being grounded, so I told DS we might as well do it as so as possible and surprise BNK. It seems unfair, but "he was hardly ever fair" either (something DS said).

Users testifying against BNK are him, me, you (if you'd like), my good friend Piratehunter and two other users I have spoken to, Mr. Anon and Emmett, and I am also going to talk to (at DS' suggestion) Canis Shepalute, Jimbo Jambo and AnyGuy. After or during the testimonies, Pirate and I are going to assist with the merging of Lylat Wiki and Arwingpedia. You may ask, why are we doing it on LW? Well, because Pirate and I are part of a trans-net organization of individuals that helps move wikis on Wikia off of Wikia to ShoutWiki, NIWA or another network of wikis, due to their long list of controversial rules, such as the Oasis skin, and several other unfair rules like the forbidding of running for adminship on A Wiki if you're blocked on B Wiki until the block on the latter has been expired for a month. Well after I explained the whole controversy with Wikia to DS he agreed, and so we'll likely be assisting with the merge after or even during the testifying. Wikia is also enforcing you to be social. Matias Arana of the Inception Wiki told me that one staff member enforced top ten lists on their pages and article comments, and when they asked her to remove them, she didn't. The most professional wikis are having sociality enforced on them, and they don't like it. About those spaces Edit

Hi X, I saw what you wrote on BNK's page, and it isn't vandals that are adding the spaces, it's something wrong with the table infobox on them. Whenever you save an edit, none of the changes are saved, and only some strange spaces are added. And you also can't go to source mode. You can delete the table, and it will start saving. For the pages about the members of the Anglar Empire, I have created a replacement template for those pages. AnyGuy 03:38, August 19, 2011 (UTC)
